Riding, Trailrides, Pack-Trip
Get to know the area on horseback!
Friendly guides and spectacular scenery are sure to make the trip something to
remember. Rides can be arranged for almost any age and skill level. So pack your
cowboy hats, saddle your horse and join us for a ride.
Hiking, Nature Walks
There are plenty of hiking trails in our area for your enjoyment. We also recommend the following nature walks:
'Wild Banquet' - a unique opportunity to learn about some of the edible and medicinal properties of our wild herbs, shrubs and trees.
Where the 'Wild Things' Are is a chance for you to enter the wild kingdom as a silent motionless observer.
'Talons, Beaks and Feathers' sings the praises of our feathered friends..
'Terrestrial Meanderings & Observations' - an interpretive tour of our forests.
'Celestial Observations' - Lets go stargazing! The night skies above Canim Lake offer a perfect view, free from the bright city lights.
Canim Lake is ideal for swimming.
The water temperature in our bay is often already quite comfortable in June.
Our big raft has plenty of room for sunbathing.
Biking
For the average biker there are plenty of roads
and trails to explore.
We can drop you off and you can bike back to the resort or you can explore and we will
pick you up at a designated time.
