Wounded animals that are not retrieved are considered taken and the hunt for that species tag is finished. No refunds will be given upon withdrawal from any hunt in progress.

Quotation includes:
-professional guides
-transportation via boat, horse and/or vehicle within guiding area
-accommodation
- hearty meals at the resort or at the camp
- field preparation

Quotation does not include:
-cost of licenses and tags, firearms and ammunition, game bags, transportation to and from Canim Lake Resort, shipping of trophies to client's final destination, hotel expenses before and after contracted period, alcoholic beverages and tobacco, sleeping bags, thermal pads, rain gear, and other personal belongings

Payment requirements:
A nonrefundable 40% deposit is required on all bookings, with the balance due upon arrival at Canim Lake Resort. Personal cheques will only be accepted on the initial deposit. Final payment must be made in the form of money orders, travelers cheque, or cash.

Note: All Hunts are subject to a 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.)

All Hunters are required to sign an information/waiver form at time of booking
